Dealing with Perfectionism

Perfectionism is defined by three things: First it is the relentless striving for extremely high standards for yourself and/or others that are personally demanding. Second, it is judging your self-worth based largely on your ability to strive for and achieve these excessively high standards. Thirdly, it is experiencing negative consequences due to the standards you have set yourself and still striving to meet those standards anyway.
