Late Diagnosed ADHD

ADHD is talked about all the time but not well understood. Our sister Organisation set up a seminar to try and change that. Serena is finishing her Masters in Counseling and was recently diagnosed with ADHD at age 54. Proving that you’re never to old to learn something new about yourself. In this she talks about the symptoms and research on ADHD, the reason she sought diagnosis and how it positively impacted her life.
