Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions:
Participation in the Hidden World of You (HWY) Affiliate Program is voluntary and open to individuals and businesses who meet the eligibility requirements.
By participating in the HWY Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: To participate in the HWY Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address.
Commission Rates: Affiliates will receive a commission of 30% of the sale price for each product or membership sold through their unique referral link.
Commission Payments: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis for all sales made during the previous month. Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, as determined by HWY.
Commission Calculation: Commission will be calculated on the net sale amount, which is the sale price minus any discounts, taxes, shipping fees, and refunds.
Referral Link: Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to promote HWY products and services. Any sales made through this link will be attributed to the affiliate.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm or damage the reputation of HWY, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, and illegal or unethical behavior.
Termination: HWY reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or suspected fraudulent activity.
Confidentiality: Affiliates agree to keep all information related to the HWY Affiliate Program confidential, including but not limited to commission rates, referral links, and marketing materials.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: HWY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to affiliates.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Western Australia, Australia.
Limitation of Liability: HWY will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the HWY Affiliate Program.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between HWY and the affiliate, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
